As the taxi sped through the winding country roads to their cliffside hotel in the arid, warm evening air, and the landscape was speckled with lights from whitewashed houses, it was clear this place had a certain enchantment to it. She still gets goosebumps to this day, describing the magic of Santorini to anyone she meets. This excitement led to her found Romantic Santorini in 2024.
