To get to Santorini, you have a few options:

  1. By Air:

    • The most convenient way is to fly directly into Santorini (Thira) International Airport (JTR). There are direct flights from major cities in Europe, as well as some seasonal flights from other regions. You can connect through Athens if there are no direct flights from your location.

  2. By Ferry:

    • If you're already in Greece, you can take a ferry to Santorini from Athens (Piraeus or Rafina ports) or other nearby islands. Ferries typically take between 4 to 8 hours depending on the type of ferry (high-speed or regular).

  3. By Cruise:

    • Many cruise lines include Santorini as a stop on their Mediterranean itineraries. If you're on a cruise, you can reach Santorini by docking at the port, where you’ll then take a tender boat or a cable car up to the island.

Once you arrive on Santorini, local transport options like taxis, buses, and private transfers are available to take you to your destination.
